Life is indeed suffering

15 years ago, i had an attack of terrifying bronchospasm. I did not seek any treatment at that time. Luckily it resolved spontaneously. That incident and 'sinseh' fractured right ulna motivated me further into medical career path in my quest to allievate suffering for the ones i care for.
Today i just had another episode of wheeze probably food/dust related. This time i have medications by my side. I feel more relieved and secure, though i had to endure the suffering first. In this life as human form, no one can escape suffering, though some may have to experience more pain than others. Having nerve cells keep us from harm's way, yet it causes so much suffering.
Life is suffering for some times, yet can be pleasurable at other times. God and Devil are believed to coexist on the same plane of existence.
Buddha states that good and bad will reach an equilibrium. And there is a cause for every effect, known as karma.
Some cause is unknown to our consciousness ie past lives karma.
Physics state that action = reaction.
Humans believe as truth phenomenon that can be proven.
Humans coexist because of biological reproduction.
Humans live as long as their body can function to sustain life.
Humans death create a ripple of loss/grief for the close ones.
I am inexperienced enough to comment further on life.
Yet i welcome life with each passing day. I accept death as part of life.

Goal of the day acheived

I just completed d purchase of gift for a special person. I'm happy to have at least done something useful today.

Stuffy nose

Root cause: cold weather, haze, lack sleep, stress, dust
Action: stay warm, mask, sleep 1130pm, prepare in advance - face problem and solve it, mask - clean up, meds - spray

Time control

How often do you think you have total control over your time?
For me, i used to think that i have control over my personal time. But come to think of it, i maybe wrong. I have a whole day to myself, but i spent 7 hours immersing myself in the virtual worlds of COC and PVZ. I have no control over my addictions, however tempting and worthy they make me feel spending time playing them. True, i can advance to the highest level in both games, but looking back, all i did was not contributing towards my goals of 2014. I put up excuses like stuffy nose which impeded my other activities, but i did nothing to improve my health condition.
It's time i take over the reign of my time before i'm becoming time slave to my addictions.
